Anonymous tigerfish said ... (12:23 AM) :

so obvious again you love shellfish...that's got the most recipes...;p
My linguine vongole was your drunken clam recipe; followed by my chicken satay (which I made, with slight variation) after I saw your pix. Same with steamed tofu, after seeing your pix, then feel like cooking it ;D
OK, the next on the list looks like egg tarts (bought the crust already.YEY! but the utensils...not yet)
What u cooking next ? Any CNY food?

Hi, woaw, all these recipes !!! I want to test all ;-) The first picture in the top left corner is the chicken satay right ??? I will test that this week-end I hope...I should read once the recipe and see if I have all what I need!

All your pictures are really nice, great job, congratulation !!!

Have a nice day
Claude

This looks like a Food Menu List from a fine dining restaurant.

The recipes are there, the pictures are beautiful. Ah.. Perfect for Rasa Malaysia Fine Dining. When's it opening?

Or is it a delivery service with online ordering? :-)

I would love to go to a place instead of just a list of name of the dishes, they have recipe cards with pictures just like yours, all in a neat folder. I would be tempted to order everything inside!

Blogger Chris said ... (5:42 AM) :

what a nice index, very good reference.

Blogger Claude-Olivier said ... (7:00 AM) :

Hi, I have a technical question: Your pictures are really nice, which camera do you use ??? I will by a new one but I hesitate...so ;-)

Cheers
Claude
