Malaysian Butter Prawns on TV and DMBLGiT First Place Winner!

Thanks to my dearest food bud Jaden at Steamy Kitchen, my famous delicious Butter Prawns dish made its TV debut, live on Tampa Bay's ABC 7 yesterday! And of course, I have to thank the author of Authentic Recipes from Malaysia for the recipe (which I adapted). If you want to learn more about Malaysian cooking, this is a great cookbook for Malaysian cuisine. I think it's time Malaysian food gets its much deserved recognition in the United States and hopefully it will become a popular cuisine just like Thai food or Vietnamese food in the near future.
