Featured: The New Sabah Times

I am blogging from Taipei, but I wanted to share a BIG news with you. I was featured in The New Sabah Times on November 3rd in an article entitled "The Paragons of Food" by the ever so friendly and patient Shan Sandhu. (For your information, I did an email interview with Shan a few months ago but had been bugging non-stop for the publication date of the article!). There is a HUGE picture of me and two of my food pictures. My fellow food buddies Robyn and Dave of Eating Asia (click here to read Robyn's post about our recent eating escapades in Penang) and Terri of A Daily Obsession were also featured (click here for her post). W00t! I have never been to Sabah (a Malaysian state in Borneo), but the warmth and love showered by The New Sabah Times and all my Sabahan readers have firmly convinced me to visit The Land Beneath the Wind the next time I go home to Malaysia... I am wearing a big smile on my face while typing this post--MY FACE IS ON THE NEWSPAPER for the second time! The first time was when I was 16 and passed my SRP (Malaysian high school national exam/equivalent to PMR) with flying colors, but I reckon this time I didn't have to burn midnight oil or study hard...*wink* Now, who wants to join me for a culinary tour to Sabah (and Penang, of course)?
