post a commentThese look good and juicy...they are not satay seasoning for sure...I think they are either kebab or jerk.
I would have guessed cracked black pepper, but that wasn't one of your choices. :)
I thought they were seasoned with kebab seasoning. Since I know Malaysian satay is very closed to Indonesian sate with kecap manis as the secret ingredient :)

looks like some fresh herbs on it - became blackened after grilling? hmm.. whatever it is, sure cant wait to find out!
