Nyonya Kuih Pie Tee Mould/Mold
This mould/mold is made of copper and won't rust. 250 grams in weight, this Nyonya cooking utensil makes the cases or shells for Nyonya Kuih Pie Tee.

Roti Jala ("Lacy Pancakes") Mould/Mold
Roti Jala mould/mold--available in both plastic and brass--makes the popular roti jala, or literally "net bread" (lacy pancakes) that goes perfectly well with Malaysian curry chicken. This special cup-like mould with small holes is filled with the roti jala batter, and then the batter is cooked over a pan.

Kuih Bahulu Mould/Mold
Kuih Bahulu mold comes in two different sizes (big & small) with two patterns--button (pictured here) and gold fish. The mould/mold is made of aluminum and won't rust.

This instant curry paste makes the best curry EVER!

Available in two flavors, the meat curry paste makes a killer pot of curry chicken (or beef/mutton). The curry chicken goes especially well with Roti Jala. No instant Bak Kut Teh (Pork Bone Tea Soup) can beat this hand-picked spices and herbs mix, sourced from one of the oldest Chinese herbal shops in Penang, Malaysia.
