Pineapple Tarts (A Different Shape)
| These pineapple tarts need no introduction. I had previously blogged and raved about them when I first tried out Novice Baker's recipe. This time, they come in a different--but smaller--shape. They are still crumbly, buttery, and addictive. Once you pop one in your mouth, you just can't stop and want more... I should have made many trays of pineapple tarts, instead of just one tray. Oh well, next time. To view the complete photoset of 9 pictures, please click here. To get the pineapple tarts recipe, please click here. For a detailed look of the pineapple jam, please click here. Both recipes are a keeper. Labels: Baking, Malaysian Food Recipes |

Happy New Year! I have come to learn that health is wealth and I wish you all a healthy and happy 2009!
